Our Founder
Jessica N. Gay, M.S., BCBA, a passionate advocate for individuals with special needs, discovered her journey as an autism mom when her son was diagnosed with autism. Determined to provide him with the best support, Jessica was inspired to enter the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She pursued her Master’s degree, becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and has since dedicated her career to empowering children and their families through evidence-based practices.
Driven to deepen her understanding and impact, Jessica is pursuing a PhD in Behavior Analysis. Recognizing the need for accessible, compassionate care, she founded her private practice, StrongerKidz. Her mission is to deliver ABA services in a holistic, family-centered way, ensuring each child’s potential is nurtured in a supportive and inclusive environment. Jessica’s unique perspective as both a professional and a parent allows her to connect with families on a personal level, making a meaningful difference in their lives.

Let’s grow Stronger together, start today.
We are dedicated to advocating for meaningful change, equipping families with the tools and knowledge to navigate challenges, and ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive in a supportive and understanding community.
